For the past five years, I have been crafting digital experiences across a diverse range of industries.

I am a firm believer that curated designs not only contribute to the success of businesses but also lead to greater satisfaction for everyone.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to work alongside a multitude of talented individuals who share my passion for advancing the movement to "humanize the design."

Whether I am working with a small local business or a global SAAS platform, my goal is always to create intuitive designs that not only help businesses succeed but also improve people's overall happiness.

When I'm not immersed in the design world, you can find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, getting lost in a good book, or taking a leisurely stroll on the beach with my children in tow.

What do my colleagues say?

"Tiffany has continually championed for UX and best practices in her previous role, as well as her current role. She conducted user research to understand Protect and created and revised an MVP for Protect based on research gathered. She has continued to help the processes in gathering user data including learning and implementing Google Analytics, and has obtained a master list of users that was previously non-existent or inaccessible. "

- Jennifer Davies, Product Design Manager at 3E Company

"I've had the pleasure of working closely with Tiffany on our company's flagship product and witnessed firsthand the wealth of experience and attention to detail that Tiffany provides as a Product Designer. Tiffany is so passionate about UX and does an outstanding job putting an emphasis on incorporating the voice of the customer into our product design decisions. Tiffany's enthusiasm for design and passion for UX are a pleasure to witness, and our time together working on the same product resulted in the identification of much needed UX improvements that position us to continue delivering a world-class product experience."

-Eric Ensminger, Director, Product Management for 3E Protect and Workplace Safety

"I’m just going to cut to the chase and say, go ahead and hire her. Working with Tiffany is such a breeze, you can really tell that she loves what she does and it’s not just a job for her. Her passion for each project is evident, her drive to complete deadlines is there, and overall I can not recommend her enough. Do yourself a favor and call her, trust me, your business will thank you!"

"Tiffany Pichardo was one of the members driving to improve the Customer Experience. The project was focused on updating the preset list of Customer Actions which 3E sends to Customers.  The team members were from diverse departments with different perspectives. There were many facets to consider for each Customer Action item where team members agonized over making a clear message to our customers. One of key, significant impact which Tiffany contributed were initiating, conducting the external survey on the preliminary Customer Actions list and provide the team with the summary of the survey. Although the team worked diligently on the list for a few months, scrubbed and reviewed multiple times, we weren’t confident if the Action Descriptions would be crystal clear to the customers. That is when Tiffany suggested to conduct the external survey.  There were a couple of members who objected to this proposal but Tiffany was able to convinced them. The survey notes were a great guideline to update the list which provided the team the confidence that the updated Customer Action list will add value in Customer Experience. Tiffany was proactive, diligent and a great communicator. The end result is, from (51 unclear, duplicate Customer Action list) to (17 clear, actionable Customer Action list)."
